Happy Three Months to Ella!!! I cannot believe that it has been three months already - the time has gone SOOO fast!!! I also just can't explain how very much I love her - it's just amazing :)

We went to look at another day care place today - it actually left me feeling somewhat calm about returning to work and having her go there - so maybe that's the place? It doesn hurt that they are low on infants right now - so there would be 6 babies and 2 adults - not a terrible ratio.... but still!

We're working on Ella falling asleep on her own - she still gets a little upset if I'm not around when she's tired - we have about 6 weeks to take care of that before Mom goes back to work!

Anyhow - I love our baby girl, Ella. She has definitely filled that little spot in my heart just meant for her - what an amazing blessing!!!!!!

Hey all :)
The top two pictures are both taken from this morning's photo shoot :) The very top one was taken while Ella was sitting up agaist the couch - Can you tell she's just trying SOOO hard!! I thought it was so cute!!!

She spends a lot of time in the Bumbo lately (the green thing at the bottom) We can put it on Ian's office chair or our table or whatever so that she can sit up with the grown ups - She definitely likes to sit like a 'big girl'!

It's just amazing how she is growing each day - too fast for us parents! We wish it would slow down just a little bit! But she's always just so cute and so fun, so it's wonderful!

She's been sleeping through the night about 80% of the time the past few weeks - so that's always nice! She still likes to get up at 3:45 or so some mornings - but I can't' complain. I kind of like the quiet time with my daughter :)

Rainy Friday

Hello family and friends :)

Today is a rainy day! Pleasant from inside a cozy house with a cute baby, but not good weather for motivating me to go grocery shopping! Oh well, I still have thank yous to work on, so hopefully I can hammer out a few of those while Ella is napping!

This was a picture of her taken this morning - When she's home with me, she typically just hangs out in her 'comfy clothes' :) So no, I don't always dress her up like our little doll! But it is fun to sometimes!

This morning I decided a fun morning song for Ella to dance to for a while would be the Single Ladies song by Beyonce - what fun! Plus, she's in her little onesie that kind of matches Beyonces unitards n the video :) I saw the song on Glee this past week, and just thought it would be so much fun to bounce our little girl to! Plus, I think she likes it - she smiles and stomps her feet once in a while - cute!!

Hope everyone is having a good week - 7 more weeks until I go back to work - what a sad countdown! the last countdown we had on the blog couldn't go fast enough! Now I just wish this one would freeze!
Oh well - she's such a blessing :)

Wanted to publish a few more pics of Ella! We're trying to gradually add in some formula - and the poor girl is not liking it!! She's been really fussy at night so we're wondering if she's just too hungry? I don't know - Anyhow, she was sleeping, but I hear some whimpering so it's mom to the rescue!

Where did I go?

Not too many posts for July and August - sorry about that!!

I'm joining the ranks of people who are making their blogs private - since it's about our little family and our little girl :) Anyhow! If you would like to keep reading, just send me your email address or comment that you want to keep reading! (and send me your email if you think I need it)

Anyhow! Our little girl is GROWING! Crazy times, I tell ya! I remember when she was first born, and we received all of the 3 month and 6 month outfits they looks SO big! Now she is fitting into the 3 monthers, and I can tell she'll be in the 6 month outfits soon enough! She's a cutie though, for sure!

Also, I figured out how to take videos with the webcam that Grampa George bought us - so now you'll get to see some videos with me AND Ella :) might be fun! who knows?

Here's a picture of Ella in her pink pram (snowsuit type fuzzy thing) that Nana (Linda) bought for her - it reminds Ian and I of the kid from 'A Christmas Story' who got all bundled up and couldn't move his arms! too cute :)
